I understand that many people get married in vegas and they've seen it all before but it was still our special day. Thank you for posting your review on TripAdvisor.

It is concerning to me that we did not fully live up to your expectations on your recent stay. Additionally, I apologize for the inconvenience with your wedding attire needs and the level of service from our Front Desk staff.

Please know that your comments have been noted and shared with our team. Once again, your correspondence is sincerely appreciated, and I hope for the opportunity to welcome you back.

Stay at the Aria late November with my husband and 23 year old daughter and had a amazing time. Our room was top notch, clean, good size, and beds and pillows to die for.

The view from our room was amazing, and after hectic days walking and shopping on the strip, it was great to go back and just chill out with a large whiskey and coke and just wonder at the amazing sight from the floor to ceiling windows.

We had great holiday in Vegas which was made even better by staying in this beautiful hotel. Aria was in a very good position and everything you wanted was in easy accessible.

Pool area was lush with lovely heated Jacuzzi ,and the patisserie in the hotel had some amazing cakes..

I would be amazed if didn't feel the same. Thank you for your review of ARIA. It is a pleasure learning our superb guestrooms and remarkable views brought you much satisfaction during your stay.

I am also elated to know you found our Jean Philippe Patisserie to be so delightful. Moreover, please know your comments regarding coffee makers in the rooms are much appreciated and I sincerely look forward to your return.

Great hotel in a great location. The casino in the hotel is big and is always buzzing. Great selection of restaurants and cafe's.

Rooms are a good size. Great views of Las Vegas. Bathroom had a shower and a large bath tub. Good amenities supplied and extra towels.

Only negative remark I would have is the bed is too soft. Apart from that a highly recommended hotel. Thank you for posting your review of ARIA.

It is wonderful to read you had a fantastic visit, and that you were able to enjoy our luxurious guestroom amenities, our variety of dining options, and the convenient location of our resort on the Las Vegas strip.

Reviewed January 2, Great stay! Ask for a room close to an elevator. December , traveled with family. Reviewed January 2, Not helpful: The front desk asked for credit card to put on file I think this is standard practice.

We were given keys to the third floor, which, we had to walk a while first to get to the elevators through most of the casinos. The elevators are separated by groups of floors.

Also, other reviewers comments on the long walk from the elevator to the room is all true. It took about minutes to get to our room.

Our room was on the third floor, so there was no view to speak of, we can watch the City Center Tram run back and forth and that's about it.

We were greeted with the curtains opening, music playing, lights playing as advertised. It was good, but I find the room a bit dark.

The sinks, showers worked. But my mom noticed dust along the edges of the walls, so housekeeping haven't been cleaning the rooms that often.

Also, we were informed by a tour guide a local on the Grand Canyon Tour that this is the first time he picked up so many people at Aria, before, the rooms were mostly empty and he said it was mostly losing money.

Perhaps that's why the dust?? The room had a mini bar fridge and some snacks, which upon reviewing the menu, I was given quite the sticker shock.

So do not touch anything in the mini bar or on the counter. There is no coffee maker! So bring your own. The technology in the room worked as advertised, but the touch sensitivity is that of a GPS, instead of say an iPad or iPhone, so you had to press hard on the touchpad.

The setting of alarm, as you set whether curtains open, lights go on etc. The location is great as it's city center and you can walk either way on the Strip.

For tours, we were usually first to get dropped off and last to get picked up at bus lobby, which was great. The buffet was meh, there was a long line-up in the morning of people waiting to pay first, which I thought shouldn't take that long.

The food was ok, not great, it had fruits, veggies, omelette bar long line , some dim sum, desserts. The buffet came with drinks. Upon check out, we were dinged with four nights of resort fee.

I don't understand the concept of resort fees, so it's mandatory, then why don't they include it in the price of the hotel? I was also displeased with the four nights resort fee they charged us, which the first night, as we arrived at 11pm, I feel shouldn't be charged.

All in all, this is a high-tech hotel. The Aria is a good hotel, but resort fees are outrageous I guess it's same across all MGM resorts , however, why couldn't they put in a coffee maker?

Also, front desk is polite, but not very helpful re the buffets. If I had to go back to Vegas, I'll look at other hotels first, Bellagio is around the same price range, if Aria has a good deal, then I'll book that instead.

I love the touristy feel of some of the classic hotels in Vegas like the Venetian, Bellagio, Ceasars but when it comes to a place to stay, I want a nice, contemporary hotel.

The hotel itself has a very modern and clean vibe to it. The location isn't the best, but you can walk through "Crystals" and get to the strip fairly quickly.

Its two hotels away from Bellagio and is across the street from Planet Hollywood. The hotel itself is clean and very modern.

Very spacious and everything is electronic. You can control the lights, curtains, TV, temparature all from one device near the bed.

The decor is contemporary - lots of rich browns, creams and navys! We had breakfast at Cafe Vettro and got wonderful service.

We only had 30 mins because we had to head out and the waitress was quick and efficient. We had ordered, received and ate our food all in 25 mins.

Would definitely stay at this hotel again. The rooms are spectacular, we stayed in a corner suite, they only downfall was the distance from the lift to our room!

The cleanliness of the room could not be faulted, we had a view over the strip was is always great at night.

We went over for a wedding and other friends stayed in over hotels, our room for the price was by far the best value, the room was huge and offered great amenities.

I visited Aria with my husband in and more recently for Memorial Day Weekend in with a few girlfriends. It was a great option for us and I couldn't have been happier with our choice.

For the price, it was excellent value in Vegas. The hotel was kind enough to organise connecting rooms for us and we had strip views.

We had some wonderful inclusions including spa passes and room credits. The staff were very helpful. For a group of girls it was also a great option as we always felt safe despite the crazy crowds of people over the long weekend.

The parties in the pool and club areas were not really our thing they were RnB and we preferred house music but it didn't bother us. There are so many choices to stay in Vegas for us it was about price, big clean rooms and location on the strip.

The Breakfast Buffet was delicious and the beds at Aria are the most comfortable of any hotel I've visited. When I visited with my husband we were upgraded to a corner suite, a room I will never forget, it was amazing!

It doesn't have a huge casino floor and the clubs are better at MGM or Wynn but based on the price and overall location on the strip it's a great option for both groups and couples.

Thank you for sharing your positive experience with ARIA. I am overjoyed to read your visits to our resort and encounters with our staff have been extremely fulfilling.

Moreover, I am thrilled you felt so captivated with the accommodations in your amazing corner suite, along with the multitude of dining, spa, and pool amenities available throughout the property.

Additionally, thank you for your kind words, and I highly anticipate your return in the future. Stayed four nights , rooms are spacious, modern comfortable high tech with all mod cons.

The bathrooms large, good design with a seperate toilet. There are several eating options we ate at the Aria cafe several times and the meals were of good quality, if a bit costly.

Even though This is a huge hotel, we never had to wait for an elevator The hotel is in a great location, easy walk to the Strip and many of Vegas's attractions.

Staff were courteous and helpful. It is a pity that there wasn't a non smoking section in the casino. Thank you for such a thoughtful review.

It is nice to know you were able to discover so many aspects of our property, including the advanced design of our exquisite guestrooms.

I am also elated to learn the inviting service of our staff made a lasting impression on your stay. Also, I would like to thank you for your additional feedback regarding cigarette smoking on our casino floor.

Please know that your comments have been noted and will be shared with our team. Once again, your feedback is highly valued, and I look forward to your return in the future.

We got married at the Graceland chapel in sept and decided to stay at the Aria as we had read some really great reviews.

We didn't have friends or family with us but were hopeful that the hotel would be able to answer any questions regarding our big day.

One of my biggest concerns was who would help me with my wedding dress! When I asked at the hotel reception I was told that no one could attend our room to help me fasten my dress and suggested that I carry it to the hairdressers where they would help.

I was absolutely gutted that after keeping my dress a surprise for almost a year I had to ask my husband to fasten it for me: Overall it was a nice hotel but that was a real disappointment.

I understand that many people get married in vegas and they've seen it all before but it was still our special day.

Great hotel in a great location. The casino in the hotel is big and is always buzzing. Great selection of restaurants and cafe's.

Rooms are a good size. Not a discounted hotel, but worth every bit. This is my first time going to Las Vegas, so I had no prior experiences with other Vegas hotels.

I went with my parents. We arrived the night of December 23rd, and stayed for four nights. I booked the hotel on the recommendation of my coworker.

Upon our arrival, the shuttle bus took us to the Tour Bus Lobby instead of the front lobby , so that was rather underwelming.

We walked through the Aria Casino that had this vanilla mixed with cigarette smell. The smell didn't bother me that much, but it might be for scent sensitive people, I also find the same smell at Bellagio, maybe it's a common smell across all MGM properties?

Check-in was good and quick, because we arrived late 11pm , there was not a long line up. The front desk asked for credit card to put on file I think this is standard practice.

We were given keys to the third floor, which, we had to walk a while first to get to the elevators through most of the casinos. The elevators are separated by groups of floors.
